The short version
Clickit lets you grab the last 30 seconds of your game. When someone presses the button at the court, the camera saves a short clip (picture and sound) of what just happened on court.
A clip can include other people who were playing or standing nearby. Anyone who scans the QR code at that court can see and save the most recent clips, so please be considerate of others.
Who runs the camera
The court you are playing at runs the camera on its premises. Clickit provides the technology that saves and delivers your clips. There is a sign at the court letting players know recording is taking place.
What we capture
The camera keeps a rolling view of the court but saves nothing until the button is pressed. When it is pressed, we save the previous 30 seconds, video and sound, so you can keep the moment.
We do not ask for your name, email or phone number to give you your clip.
How long we keep clips
Clips are automatically and permanently deleted a few hours after they are saved. If you want to keep one, download it to your phone before you leave the court.
Removing a clip
If you are in a clip and want it gone, tap “Remove” on the clip and it is deleted straight away for everyone. You can also contact us and we will take it down.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to keep clips secure while they exist and to make sure only people at your court can reach them.
Children
Clickit is intended for adults. If a clip shows a child and a parent or guardian wants it removed, contact us and we will prioritise taking it down.
